I don't often write to people but I thought I'd switch it up a little and say a big THANK YOU to my
Uncle Thomas and Aunt Becky. Back on my birthday they sent me this super cool painting and coloring set and it was probably the only thing I wanted to play with that day but mama and dada quickly swept it away and hid it in the closet. They do this thing where one day I'll see a toy, then a couple weeks later it will be gone, and then a couple weeks later it will return. I like it because after a while I forget that I even had the toy and then when they bring it back out it's like Christmas all over again! HOWEVER, I did not forget about this painting set and had I only known which closet it was in I would have opened it up myself. Well anyway, they finally brought it out and we put it together. Wow! I'm having so much fun with it. I use the markers and the paints to draw choo-choos, flowers, stars, and just about anything else I can think of. So, thank you very much. I think this is one toy that mama and dada won't be hiding again from me anytime soon. oh, oh, OH! I almost forgot. My Uncle Thomas is supposed to be coming home next week from the desert where he's protecting the land I live on (this is what my dada told me). Now there's something special that went away and everyone will be happy to have back. Working on my first masterpiece here in LANDEN'S WORLD!

Landen,
You show lots of talent! I have one of your early
painting on my frig! Thank you - I'll treasure it
always - especially when you are famous!
Love, Tutu
Dear Landen -
There is no pressure on you to become the next Landen Van Gogh Giambalvo, or Landen Picasso Giambalvo or Landen Manet/Monet Giambalvo. Paint as you feel it - your mom has wonderful art work all over your home. Some great examples there of beauty. Love, Nana Mary
Landen,
We're so glad that you're enjoying your easel! It looks like you are going to be quite the artist. We would love to buy the first piece you put up for sale. Just name your price! (How does a bag of Starburst sound?)
Love, Uncle Thomas & Aunt Becky
